Immediate Past President Tan Sri Bashir Ahmad Abdul Majid
Shortly after the summer break, The Trinity Forum, the world’s leading airport commercial revenues conference will take place at the Trident Nariman Point Hotel in Mumbai, India, 12 to 14 September.
Regional Director Patti Chau
A tripartite alliance between The Moodie Davitt Report, ACI World and ACI Asia-Pacific, this year’s forum will be hosted by Mumbai International Airport Limited and promises to be an exceptional event focused on "Adding value to the consumer journey in an omni-channel age.” Since its inauguration in London in 2003, The Trinity Forum has been held annually in an Asia-Pacific or Middle East city with the objective of improving dialogue and mutual understanding between three key players in the travel retail business—airports, concessionaires and brands—for the benefit of that critical fourth party: the travelling consumer. The conference programme is taking shape, attracting top travel retail executives from around the globe. For further information, please visit the event website. Another exciting event in the fourth quarter is the Small and Emerging Airports Seminar.
The event will be held in Siem Reap, Cambodia, 24 to 26 October, and hosted by Cambodia Airports. Around 70% of the airports operated by our members in the Asia-Pacific region can be classified as small airports (i.e., having an annual passenger throughput of 5 million or less). The Small and Emerging Airports Seminar is dedicated to addressing the common interests and concerns of these small airports, many from emerging countries in the region. Exhibition and sponsorship opportunities are also
available for delegates to expand their businesses. For more information, please visit the event webpage. Also, do not miss out the last chance to receive two free registrations through the 2016 ACI Asia-Pacific Conference Incentive Programme, exclusively available to ACI Asia Pacific airport members. Each airport member is entitled to two free registrations at ACI Asia-Pacific events for each calendar year and unused allocation cannot be carried forward to the following year.
