The interior spaces were observed in order to gain a clear understanding of the property’s overall condition. Other areas accessed included the site within the property boundaries, the exterior of the property, and the roofs.

Key Spaces Not Observed

Areas of note that were either inaccessible or not observed for other reasons are listed here:  The restroom and concession structure at the football field are still being built and is a hard hat site. They were not included in this assessment.
