The Superyacht Crew Engagement Scale utilizes three scales to determine the level of work engagement. 1. Vigour refers to high level of energy and mental resilience while working, the willingness to invest effort in one’s work,and persistence in the face of difficulties. 2. Purpose, brand and culture session In a 2 hour session the ACREW+ team will look into the personality of the vessel and its crew. Based on the result a statement will be written that describes what the vessel stands for, aims to be, offers and requires. This statement can then be used in the hiring process and as a basis for writing vacancies.

Post vacancy to the ACREW network ACREW offers the possibility to post public and private vacancies to its members. The members have given consent and are actively looking for a position. The Candidate Profile Report produces a multi-page report which describes, in easyto-understand and positive language, a Candidate’s behavioral traits, performance style, potential behavior on the job, motivators and demotivators, leadership style and energy level.

The job profile is used in conjunction with the communication profile to produce a Candidate to Job matching report. The Candidate to Job matching report compares the information between the communication profile of an individual and the job profile to match the best candidate to a specific position.

The Critical Thinking and Reasoning Assessment is an unique feature of ACREW+ that enables you to assess dimensions of a candidate that might not be readily observable during the traditional interview.
