The Tandem Bahamas Broker Fam Trip, scheduled from May 29th to June 2nd, 2024 represents a unique collaboration between Worldwide Boat and ACREW. This bespoke event is designed specifically for European brokers, offering an immersive opportunity to board and learn about your yacht and engage with your crew.
Our goal is to provide brokers with in-depth insights into the nuances of Bahamas charters, enhancing their ability to effectively promote both Bahamas charters and the Worldwide Boat fleet through interactive learning and firsthand experience.
It’s important to note that participation in this exclusive event will be limited to the first 8-10 yachts that sign up, ensuring an intimate setting where brokers can experience the maximum benefit from the program.

THEME
Each yacht will represent one of the stunning islands or landmarks in the Bahamas. Embracing the spirit of adventure, the theme centers around a treasure hunt. This experience not only encourages camaraderie but also serves as a unique opportunity for brokers to deepen their understanding of the Bahamas, and your yacht.
The theme will enable brokers to explore each of the participating yachts and interact with the captain and crew. By incorporating a theme into this event, it showcases the extent to which the vessels are willing to go to provide exceptional service. Going the extra mile will leave an impression on the brokers, and you will stand out from the rest.
ITINERARY
• 29th May - Day 1 Nassau - Highborne Cay
Boarding at 9am at Bay Street Marina, for an early 10am departure and cruise to Highborne. This allows for brokers to visit the iguanas and get in the Bahamian blue waters to experience the selection of watertoys before sunset.
• 30th May - Day 2 Highborne Cay - Staniel Cay
An early sunrise departure at 7am puts all yachts in position at anchor at Big Majors, the heart of the Exumas. Brokers will head out at 11am to visit the famous swimming pigs and snorkel the Thunderball
Grotto to get a taste of the excursions their clients get to enjoy in the Exumas. The evening will kick off with an exclusive floating boat show so brokers can inspect all participating yachts.
• 31st May - Day 3 Staniel Cay
While the crew collectively gather to set up an interactive beach BBQ for the day, brokers head out to explore Pipe Cay and swim with the sharks at Compass.
• 1st June - Day 4 Staniel Cay - Shroud Cay
Spending the day between Shroud and Normans allows for an action packed day, snorkeling the sunken plane, floating through the mangroves and interacting with the crew for a treasure hunt. As the sun starts to set, we will visit Normans Cay Yacht Club and end with a fun evening.
• 2nd June - Day 5 Shroud Cay - Nassau
The journey to Nassau for disembarkation begins so that brokers can catch their evening flight out.

To ensure the success of the Bahamas Broker Fam Trip, we kindly request the following contributions from yacht owners:
• Crewed Yacht: We kindly seek your yacht’s availability for the duration of the trip along with toys and tenders.
• Crew Availability: Your crew’s availability to provide exemplary service during the trip is essential.
• Fuel Coverage: Kindly consider covering the fuel costs for the duration of the trip.
