Crew Spotlight is a COVID19 safe coming together of superyachts in Sint Maarten at the beginning of the Caribbean season. Participating yachts benefit from the exclusive chance to shoot a Charter video showcasing their crew, enjoy complimentary onboard learning and partake in social activities designed to boost morale and team cohesion. Furthermore, vessels that wish to berth in Yacht Club Port de Plaisance will receive 3 days free berthing.

CREW SPOTLIGHT CHARTER VIDEOS As Charter Shows have unfortunately been postponed or cancelled, ACREW has created Crew Spotlight Charter Videos to provide a solution for superyachts to showcase their 2020 Crew to Brokers. The video will provide a quality introduction to your crew, highlighting the personality, capabilities and experience of your team. These videos will enable brokers to match the unique requirements of a client with your vessel for successful charters this season.
ONBOARD LEARNING Superyachts partaking in Crew Spotlight will benefit from a host of onboard learning at no additional cost. The sessions have been designed to build an understanding of your team’s strengths as well as boost the knowledge and skills of every individual onboard. The onboard learning will be delivered by Luxury Hospitality, Sentini Marine and ACREW. Sessions include an Interior Masterclass and interactive deck session.
TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES In ACREW style there will be wellbeing activities designed to boost team cohesion, morale and energy. These activities include Poolside Yoga, Hiking, Horse back riding, Kayaking and Fitness Obstacle Course courtesy of Yacht Club Port de Plaisance. Rest assured, every activity we deliver will be conducted in a COVID safe environment.
FREE BERTHING Long term ACREW partners, Yacht Club Port de Plaisance also share the vision of helping the industry in these challenging times and are therefore offering three nights of free berthing for vessels participating in the Crew Spotlight event package.
Rest assured that all trainers and ACREW staff throughout the event will adhere to strict sanitation measures, will wear masks and will all have been tested negative for COVID-19 in the days before the event.

ISM & SOLAS CHALLENGE
Lynne Edwards from Luxury Hospitality will lead a team session to prepare your crew for the Charter Video shoot. The objective of this is to help the crew identify their own individual strengths as well as develop and showcase the team’s cohesive personality and excellence in service.
Jon Lee, ex-Superyacht Engineer and director of Sentini Marine will come onboard to run a fun and interactive refresher for crew. Give your deck and engineering crew the opportunity to work together to confirm and build on their knowledge of rules and procedures.
MIXOLOGY MASTERCLASS Rob Rademaker is a specialist trainer in all things mixology he will join you onboard and teach you all about creating balance and synergy between ingredients, ice, recipes, technique and garnish. In this fun and interactive session, you get to taste different ingredients and make your own cocktails.
IMPROVING THE CREW EXPERIENCE Directors of ACREW Abi McGrath & Onno Ebbens will join you onboard to share the results of an extensive Crew Longevity Analysis undertaken in 2020. The findings points to clear steps all vessels can take to improve the Crew Experience onboard.
