ACTON ROCKINGHAM, BALDIVIS BRANCH Wheel Barrow COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.
Entry and other instructions contained within promotional material form part of these terms and conditions. By participating in this promotion entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Entry is open to residents of Australia only. To be eligible, the competition entrant(s) must be person(s) who;

Have completed a valid entry form as prescribed by ACTON Rockingham at the time of the prize draw.
3.
Only one entry will be allowed per person multiple entries will not be accepted. Entry is not open to employees of Acton Rockingham and their immediate families, agents and staff, the directors and members of the said companies and their immediate families, agents and staff.
4.
The competition period starts at midnight on the 27th day of October 2014 (27/10/2014) and finishes at 5.00pm on the 2nd day of November 2014 (02/11/2014).

To enter, a competition entry form, available at the Baldivis Shopping Centre must be signed by the competition entrant(s) and be received into the competition box by not later than 5.00 pm on 2nd November 2014.

There is one (1) major prize only, namely a Wheel Barrow full of household and gift type items. Total value of the prize = up to $500.
7.
The winner of the prize will be drawn at random at 9.00am (WST) on the 3rd Day of November 2014 at the Baldivis branch office of ACTON Rockingham, Unit 8/10 Atwick Terrace, Baldivis.
8.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or total. There can be no changes to the colour, model or make of any of the items in the wheel barrow. The prize may not be unused and is won in an “as is� condition. Competition entrants acknowledge that the prize has been used as a display by ACTON Rockingham until the competition draw and will still be decorated at the time of the competition draw with decals, logos etc., at the discretion of ACTON Rockingham.

The prize is to be taken and accepted as stated. Any additional requirements are at the cost of the prize winner(s). 9.
In the event that the prize winner is based out of Baldivis, Perth or Western Australia the prize winner must make his/her or their own way to Unit 8/10 Atwick Terrace, Baldivis at his/her to collect. Any collection and freight delivery or transportation of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner and at their expense.

The prize winner will be announced on the ACTON Rockingham Facebook page and displayed in the Weekend Courier Newspaper on the 7th November 2014.

Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd, ACTON Rockingham, Baldivis Branch, their affiliates, sponsors or representatives absolve themselves of any and all liability, financial or resultant arising out of, or in connection with, any contest staged by ACTON Rockingham.
12.
All contestants release from and indemnify Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753, ACTON Rockingham against all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of the prize or participation in the competition including (but not limited to) loss of income, personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.

Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753 and ACTON Rockingham accept no responsibility for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property arising out of or in conjunction with the competition either during or after the competition.
14.
Employees of ACTON Rockingham Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753 and ACTON Rockingham, their agencies or immediate family are ineligible for entry.
15.
The promoter’s, Rockingham Real Estate Pty Ltd ACN 112 457 753 trading as ACTON Rockingham, decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
16.
It is a condition of entry that the winner(s) agree to have his, her or their agent’s picture, name and suburb published for publicity purposes, if required, by the promoter.
17.
To be eligible all entrant’s acknowledge and accept that his/hers or their information may be retained and used for promotional and marketing purposes.
