Final checks before the inspection

For most people, your home will be open for inspection while you’re still living there. Your furniture and belongings will be around the house during viewings and home opens, so this is a perfect time for a spring clean and really go through cupboards and drawers. Inspections are a major part of selling your property as it is how potential new owners can get a feel for the home and a great way for you to showcase all that your property has to offer. So, how do you spruce things up a little for spring? Get your garden in order We all know that Spring is when flowers and plants start to bloom in a big way.
