From the Director’s desk. THE ROCKINGHAM BEACH CUP 2017. What a fantastic week of weather! The sun is shining and the WA coast is looking spectacular, just in time for the Rockingham Beach Cup! This year, we are very happy to be sponsoring the Rockingham Beach Cup which is a fantastic opportunity for people to visit our stunning slice of coast. The Cup is a truly unique event on WA’s social calendar and is definitely not to be missed. With 2016’s inaugural event an overwhelming success, the Rotary Club of Palm Beach have planned a bigger and better event for ths year. The beneficiaries of the Rockingham Beach Cup are three worthy causes that in one way or another give back to our community; The Australian Alzheimer Research Foundation, Variety children’s charity and The Rotary Beach Club of Palm Beach. Offering a weekend full of fun, this years program includes 3 full days of events: • • • • • • • • • •

Retravision Corporate Golf Day KD Cycles Rockingham Golden Criterium Elite Foot Race Gala Dinner and Auction Huge silent auction through Gala Bid app A full weekend of performances on the community stage City of Rockingham Community Arts Festival Street performers, buskers and more Family entertainment including kid’s carnival rides And of course the 6 race White Lakes Brewing Rockingham Beach Cup
