American Academy of Actuaries Moves to New Office WASHINGTON – 22 Jan. 2009 – The American Academy of Actuaries will open its new office on Feb. 2 at 1850 M St., N.W., Suite 300, Washington, D.C. During moving operations on Jan. 30, the Academy will have a temporary suspension of telephone and e-mail systems. Its website, www.actuary.org, will be accessible, but the “members-only” section will be temporarily unavailable. The Academy apologizes for any inconveniences caused by these disruptions; normal operations will resume by Feb. 2. Staff contact information, including telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, will not be changed as a result of the move. The Academy’s main telephone line will remain 202.223.8196.
