Those poetic verses spoke to me in a myriad of new ways as I closed my acupuncture clinic and began living in lockdown with my husband (a key worker) and our adopted elderly dog. With thoughts of opening up to different possibilities, of new ways of being, I asked myself, what did I bring into quarantine that I want to leave there? What thoughts, patterns and behaviours no longer serve me?
