Starburst will go to different college campuses around America during finals week. They will host a Water Balloon Showdown, where students can “cool down” from their studies and just have some fun. At the end of the event, the students who have signed up will automatically be put in a drawing to win some cool prizes! Earn the chance to have a little fun and possibly win from $10-$1,000 cash!
