Project Feasibility

1. Total Project Cost n Work with your Pro Team to build an estimated total project cost.

2. Finalize Your Location n If you already own land, congratulations! n If you don’t own land, we’ll partner you with our preferred realtor: Name Email Phone

3. Submit Your Deposit n Your Home Ownership Counselor will collect a refundable $3,500 deposit to move your project into the next phase.

4. Get Prequalified n If you need financing, you can get Pre-Approved through Adair Financial Services.

5. Finalizing Site Development Costs n Our Site Services Project Manager will visit your homesite and work with our trade partners to gather your site development costs. n Your Pro Team will amend your estimated total project cost with any updates determined from the Site Evaluation.

6. Personalize Your Home n We’ll work with you to customize your floorplan and select the interior finishes that will make up your dream home. n Once all selections are made, your Total Project Cost will be finalized.

7. Signing Day n Once all these steps are complete, you’re ready to sign documents and order your new home! Notes
