The new face of Façade Design & Revolution The Indian façade industry is at its crossroads. Taller buildings and complex façades are being built. This has let to a lot of technological developments and advancements over the past few years in this domain. Zak's World of Façades event will highlight the latest design and technology needed to build these complex façades. The event will feature presentations from leading consultants and technology manufactures. Some of the top industry leaders are expected to be a part of this initiative to share their view of the industry, growth prospects and new innovations. The highlight of the evening will be a interactive group discussion highlighting the need for a change of the practices currently adopted by the façade industry and the way forward. Organized by Zak, this will be a part of the build-up to the mega exhibitions on Glass, Window & Façade and Aluminium Extrusions to be held in New Delhi from the 14-16 December 2012. Zak invites you to World of Facades – an interactive seminar focused on showcasing the best technology and practices for the Indian façade industry. The seminar will be followed by refreshment and dinner.

CEO & Director, Geotrix With 20 over years of experience as an Civil Engineering background started his career in Singapore addressing construction management and managed complex façade of buildings to a tune of S$ 300 mil with world renowned façade company until 2010. Since 2011 he is heading his own company. Was part of many technical organizations involving façade design, construction management, arbitration and quality standards.
Mr. Keith A. Dias
Senior Director, WPR, Net App India Pvt Ltd Keith has over 25 years of progressive strategic leadership and operational excellence directing real estate, facilities andcorporate services at company headquarters, global and regional sites responsible for budgets of $70M in fortune – 100 company environments. Keith is currently the Senior Director at Net App, overseeing their complete operation in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans.
Mr. Kiran Uchil
Director, Western Region, RSP India Kiran Uchil, architect hailing from L S Raheja School of Architecture, Mumbai. He has over 24 years of extensive and diversified experience in a wide range of projects. Kiran joined RSP in 1998 and has been sice leading a large team of professionals in the design and development of IT parks, office complexes, commercial, retail and residential projects.
Mr. Mahesh Arumugam
Director, Meinhardt Facade Technology Mahesh has been in the façade industry for over 22 years. His experience ranges from aluminium glazing systems to precast concrete facades, BIPV, BILED, enhanced systems such as security facades & fire engineering and stone cladding. He has been involved in the façade works for numerous prestigious projects in Southeast Asia and Middle East.
