Presidents Corner Hi, my name is Adam Johnson and I am your Students’ Union President for the 2013 – 2014 academic year, and I would like to offer you a warm welcome to the University of Bolton. I am confident you will find us to be a friendly and happy body of students. I also captained the Men’s Hockey team and worked part-time in the SU Bar. My job as President is to represent you, the students, and I will work together with the other officers to enhance your student experience. Your Union is here for you regardless of ethnicity, age, religion, gender and disability - you are all represented by your Students’ Union. We provide a full range of services and activities such as sports and societies, student representation, advice, and developing your employability skills in our SU Shop and SU Bar. We want you to get involved, so call in and see us and make the most of your time as a student from day one. Remember, my office is always open and I am a friendly kind of guy (so people tell me!) so if you want to discuss any ideas, have any questions please call in for a chat. See you soon
