LAKE WHITINGHAM - HARRIMAN RESERVOIR
A true hidden gem, Lake Whitingham, as locals call it, is a pristine lake that isn’t widely known. It is a 13 mile long reservoir that is completely public access, with boat launches, beaches, and truly unique serenity. The shoreline is completely undeveloped, which means no private homes or docks, keeping even peak summer activitiy minimal compared to lakes of a similar size. This does make access slightly more cumbersome, with trailering a necessity, but on any given day you can go out and BBQ, waterski, jetski, kayak, swim, or just cruise, and feel like you have a private piece of heaven. Wakes are minimal but enjoyment is at an all time high when you visit. There are also boat rental options for just a day’s enjoyment.

LAKE RAPONDA
This “owner’s lake”, as it is commonly referred to, is equally unique to the others around. It allows motorboats and has a public launch, but as most people who don’t live on the lake would opt for the larger Lake Whitingham for a day trip, that keeps Raponda much quieter and more often used by kayakers and canoers hoping to catch sight of the local Loons, or owners on the lake cruising around waving to neighbors.
LAKE SADAWGA
Located in Whitingham, just down the street from the south end of Harriman, is this lake, which has private homes with docks, and restricted motor sizes due to the shallow water, local wildlife, and erosion control. There is a floating island that moves around during the year. A truly great option for very quiet water view enjoyment, fishing, snowmobiling, and nature lovers.
“You will not find a better realtor to guide your through the process than Adam. We worked with Adam on the purchase of a ski home. It took several months due to the crazy market but Adam was diligent and attentive and finally we were able to find the perfect place.” Joe S.
