INTRODUCTIONS
Adam Stępiński I started my teaching career over twenty years ago at a primary school. In 2000 I changed my work place for the current one. I love projects - both online and face-to-face ones. These are real life educational situations when we learn a lot, broaden our horizons and get to know new wonderful people I live in Tarnobrzeg which is a small town in the south-east of Poland. As for my personal life I'm married and have two children: Monika who has just turned 18 and Peter who is 9.

Hello my friends!!!!!!! In my country, a special holiday is coming in two days. It is lunar new year or Tet holiday. In this holiday, we have many dishes and traditional customs. And one the most traditional special foods for the lunar new year in vietnam is Banh chung . And today, I will introduce you to Banh Chung. Banh Chung is made of sticky rice, pork and green bean, all ingredients are wrapped inside a special leaf which calls Lá Dong. The rice and green bean have to be soaked in water for a day. The pork is usually seasoned with pepper and salt for several hours. Squaring off and tying the cakes with bamboo strings are not easy . Banh Chung is boiled for 6 or 8 hours . Tet holiday is meaningless without Chung cake . Banh Chung is placed on the ancestors’ altars during tet holiday.Nowadays, families in villages still maintain making Banh Chung before the lunar New Year and my family also making it, I am looking at banh chung pot to help my parents. I hope you come to my country to eat this cake on our new year's day.....

I have a big family one order and two younger sisters. My mum is a teaher of chemistry in my school. My dad is currently looking after my youngest, two-year-old, sister who is the loveliest thing in the world. I'm interested in basketball - I practise and watch in a lot. I generally love sport and spend a lot of time doing it. In my free time, mainly at weekends, I hang out with my friends. We go to pubs and, of course, to Mcdonald's, which is the moust populary place with teengers. I also go to the gym to keep fit. This summer I went to London and this summer I'd like to go to Paris. It is a pleasure to take part in this project and I hope to know some people and to make new friends.

My favourite subjects are English and German. I am a very positive person, cheerful and funny. In fact I always try to make people laugh. I'm a hard-worker and intelligent (as many people say). I'm not particularly sporty.
