? This can be one of the hardest parts—picking where to go. Browse our brochure, look on our website www.adaptabletravel.co.uk and get in touch with us. We can help to advise where might be best for your group, looking at factors such as budget, date of travel, group size, and ultimately what you want to achieve from your school trip.
Once you have your quotation, we can tailor make it to make sure you have everything included that you want, such as meals, educational excursions and the correct dates. Once you are happy with your quote, contact us and we can check all necessary availability and hold a non-committal option for you. As soon as we have checked availability and held the tour details, we will forward a provisional booking pack.
This step needs to be completed within the time frame defined by the first deposit date included in your ‘Provisional Booking Pack’ email. It is common for many questions to arise during this stage and your dedicated Sales Administrator will support you throughout this process. We can also assist in promotion of your trip with power points, PDF Posters, payment trackers and more.
When you have collected deposits, you can now confirm your tour and fill in our online booking form. If travelling by low-cost air, make sure you send us a list of passenger names (as they appear on passports).
Leading up to your departure date, we will work with you to make sure your itinerary is just right. With your final itinerary and documentation in hand, its then time for your trip, so with the support of our 24hour emergency support line, and on-the-ground representatives, you are now ready to enjoy your trip. www.adaptabletravel.co.uk

Adaptable Travel have vast experience in using low-cost airlines such as Easyjet, as well as traditional carriers such as BA. We do the leg-work in sourcing the most cost effective and suitable routes for your group. We can source UK airport transfers if required, and where there is a choice, we give prices with and without checked hold luggage so you have a choice.
All of our coach companies undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure they comply with our Safety Management System. Coach travel is recognised as the safest form of road travel, and we aim to keep it that way. We also select coach companies based on their suitability for school groups. We only utilise full executive coaches (usually meaning DVD, toilet, reclining seats and air-con as standard). We utilise a range of ferry companies, enabling us to choose the most suitable routes and times for your group. As an alternative to the ferry, we often utilise Le Shuttle, which cuts the journey time by around 40mins.
We can offer a full range of rail routes both within the UK and Europe. Eurostar can be a great option for some groups offering connections to Europe in under 3 hours.

further inland and you will be greeted by the beautiful town of Valkenburg. Settled around the ruins of an ancient castle, Valkenburg has an expansive cave system that has been created over many years, home to annual Christmas markets. Also the close proximity to Amsterdam means that a day would be well spent in the capital taking in everything it has to offer from its museums to art galleries.
