Our packages include all of the necessary elements of your ski trip. We take care of your transport, and get you to your resort safely. Your carefully selected accommodation will welcome you into the resort, with the help of your Ski Adaptable Rep. Add to that great food, a school friendly ski school, and quality, safety checked ski equipment, and you are set for a fabulous school ski trip! Safety Management System Our Safety Management System (SMS) details Ski Adaptable’s on-going commitment to the management of safety on all of our tours, and defines our safety systems currently in place. Our SMS covers all aspects of our tours and includes regular audits covering accommodation, transport, pre tour information, emergency procedures and training. A full copy of our SMS can be sent on request.
Our Coaches We select our coach operators on a range of criteria including experience, reliability, vehicle quality and driver suitability. An individual SMS audit is carried out for all companies on an annual basis ensuring that all vehicles are serviced regularly and that all relevant documentation is in place.
Inspection visits There is no replacement for seeing something. That is why Ski Adaptable offer all group leaders the opportunity to visit their selected resort and accommodation in advance of your trip. Contact us for more information.
Winter Sports Travel Insurance Cover Included in your price is fully tailored winter sports travel insurance and full medical cover. What to Do Next STEP 1

Choose your resort and dates and request your quote. Once you are happy with your quote details, proceed to step 2. Remember we can tailor make any quote making sure you get exactly what you want.
When you are ready to confirm, simply complete your Booking Form. Upon receipt of your booking form we will send you an invoice for the 1st deposits.
STEP 4
STEP 2 Once you are happy with your ski trip details, we can make a provisional reservation for you and hold it for two weeks, giving you time to promote your tour and collect deposits. We can also help you to promote your tour with your Launch Pack. In addition, your Ski Trip Consultant will offer support with any questions, and send you a Provisional Booking email detailing what to do next.

Second deposits are due 8 weeks later. Your final payment is due 12 weeks before departure. We aim to send your ‘Party Leader Pack’ 4 weeks prior to departure, which includes a detailed itinerary and maps, in addition to a Before You Go Pack.
