In Our Minds

We stand motionless, consumed in grief. Sorrow has arrived, with smiles thief.

We’re gathered here, to mourn and cry. Our questions pointing, at the clear blue sky.

Why did you go, why did you leave, Life without you, is so hard to conceive.

Our hearts are damaged, and scarred severely. We shall miss you, much more than dearly.

For having you in our lives, we’ve all been blessed. But now the time has arrived, for you to rest.

We promise to cherish, our memories of you. You shall live in our minds, and all that we do.

2. Processional Hymn No.1

Rock Of Ages Cleft For Me

Jesus said unto her" I am the resurrection and the life ... he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live. And whosoever liveth and believeth me shall never die."

1. Rock of Ages, Cleft for me, Let me hide myself in Thee, Let the water and the blood From the river side which flowed Be of sin the double cure: Cleanse me from its guilt and power

I know that my Redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth, and though after my skin worms destroy this body; yet in my flesh shall I see God."

2. Not the labours of our hands Can fulfill thy law's demands; Could my zeal no respite know, Could my tears forever flow, All for sin could not atone Thou must save, and thou alone.

For we know that if our earthly house of this tabernacle were dissolved we have a building of God, a house not made with hands eternal in heavens.

3. Nothing in my hand I bring Simply to Thy cross I cling; Naked, come to Thee for dress; Helpless, look to Thee for grace; Foul, I to the fountain fly; Wash me, Saviour or I die.

6. Hymn No.2

It Is Well With My Soul

1. When peace, like a river, Attendeth my way, When sorrows like sea billows roll; Whatever my lot, Thou has taught me to say, It is well, it is well, with my soul.

Refrain: It is well, with my soul, It is well, it is well with my soul.

2. Though Satan should buet, Though trials should come, Let this blest assurance control, That Christ has regarded my helpless estate, And hath shed His own blood for my soul.

3. My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought! My sin, not in part but the whole, Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more, raise the Lord, praise the Lord, 0 my soul!

4. For me, be it Christ, be it Christ hence to live:

If Jordan above me shall roll, No pang shall be mine, for in death as in life Thou wilt whisper Thy peace to my soul.

5. But, Lord, 'tis for Thee, for Thy coming we wait,

The sky, not the grave, is our goal; Oh, trump of the angel! Oh, voice of the Lord!

Blessed hope, Blessed rest of my soul!

6. And Lord, haste the day when the faith shall be sight, The clouds be rolled back as a scroll; The trump shall resound, and the Lord shall descend, Even so, it ts well with my soul.

To God Be e Glory

1. To God be the glory, great things He hath done;

So loved He the world that He gave us His Son:

Who yielded His life as atonement for sin; And opened the life gate that all may go in.

Chorus:

Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, Let the earth hear His voice, Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, Let the people rejoice!

O come to the father; thro' Jesus the Son And give Him the glory, Great things He hath done.

2. O perfect redemption, the purchase of blood,

To ev'ry believer the promise of God; The vilest oender who truly believes, That moment from Jesus a pardon receives.

3. Great things He hath taught us, Great things He hath done, And great our rejoicing thro’ Jesus the Son

But purer and higher and greater will be Our wonder, our transport, when Jesus we see

What A Friend We Have In Jesus

1. What a friend we have in Jesus. All our sins and grief to bear! What a privilege to carry, Everything to God in prayer! Oh, what peace we often for-feit, Oh what need-less pain we bear, All because we do not carry Ev-ry-thing to God in prayer!

2. Have we trials and temptations?

Is there trouble any where? We should never be discouraged, Take it to the Lord in prayer.

Can we find a friend so faith-ful, Who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our every weakness, Take it to the Lord in prayer.

3. Are we weak and heavy lad-en, Cumbered with a load of care?

Pre-cious Sav-iour, still our ref-uge; Take it to the Lord in prayer.

In His arms He'll take and shield thee: Thou wilt find a solace there.

Hymn

No. 5: Fading Away Like e Morning Star

1 Fading away like the stars of the morning

Losing their light in the glorious sun

Thus would we pass from the earth and it's toiling

Only remembered by what we have done.

Chorus:

Only remembered, Only remembered, Only remembered by what we have done

us would we pass from the earth and it's toiling

Only remembered by what we have done.

2. Shall we be missed, though by others succeeded?

Reaping the fields we in springtime have sown

These shall pass onward when we have forgotten

Fruits if the harvest and what we have done

3. Only the truth that in life we have spoken

Only the seed that on earth we have sown

These shall pass onward when we are forgotten

Fruits of the harvest and what we have done.

4. Oh when the saviour shall wake up his jewels

When brighter gowns of rejoicing are worn, Then shall his weary and faithful disciples

All be remembered by what they have done.

5. Prayer and Benediction

Don't Say Goodbye

Don't stand at my graveside

As if to say goodbye

I am still here

I did not die

I stand beside you

But you don't see I give you signs, To show its me

My body has gone

But my soul is free

Under that stone

It is not me

I see I touch I smell I feel

Everything they say About heaven is real

I see your tears

I hear you sigh

But please don't ever Say goodbye

Just trust my words And carry on I am still here

I have not gone
