Herd Health

I take great pride in the health of all animals on the ranch. All the herd health has all been done through the Hosmer Veterinary Clinic. The Bulls have received four rounds of vaccinations including birth, turnout, pre-weaning, and post weaning booster vaccinations. With this being said, every bull is in top notch health.

I will include feed information under the health section, because I believe proper nutrition is the absolute key to good health. The bulls have been fed a ration, balanced through Dakotaland Feeds. This ration consists of alfalfa hay, grass hay, corn silage, wet corn, modified distillers, and a liquid supplement. They have been fed just right to show their true genetic performance, all while maintaining structural soundness.

Sale Terms

• The sale will be broadcasted live on DVAuction and online bidding will be available.

• Please leave your trailer at home as ALL bulls will be taken back to the ranch on sale day.

• Bulls will be semen tested and vaccinated around April 15th.

• Delivery will start a er we semen test. If you need your bull before or near April 15th, please let me know and I will get him to you.

• Free delivery on all bulls on the first 100 miles.

• Free delivery on the first 200 miles on bulls $5,000 or greater.

• There will be a volume discount of 5% on purchases of 3 or more bulls along with free delivery on the first 200 miles.

• If a bull fails to pass his semen test, there will be a full cash refund and I will keep the bull.

• I will guarantee bulls of any injuries up to delivery date.

• If a bull gets injured before delivery date and is unable to breed, there will be a full refund and I will keep the bull.

• If you would like insurance on any bulls, I recommend Martin Trudeau Insurance and they will cover you for a year.

A little something di erent to start the sale. Growth fund is the hottest sire in the angus breed for calving ease and growth. I paired that with arguably my biggest performance heifer to try to moderize birth weight and add rib. If your looking for 1/2 blood bull this guy is about as complete as you make one.

Dark Knight stamps his calves with tons of muscle, added length, and a simmental look. 1823k is super thick and guarunteed to add pounds to any calf crop. Dam was purchased from Hart’s.
