This year we decided to change up the sale format and go with a timed online sale, we had been doing a private treaty sale in the past. The online-only sale will be hosted on DVAuction. Bidding opens on March 20 at 10:00 am, followed by bids closing on March 23 at 6:00 pm, and an extended bidding period until no bids have been placed for 5 minutes. This format gives you the time to think about what you need without being rushed. We really encourage everyone to visit the farm for a tour, we would love to show you the offering - plus get $100 off your purchase if you come before the sale!

We try to offer you as many tools as we can to help you make your genetic selection. All of the bulls in the sale will have genomic-enhanced EPDs and will have been carcass ultra-sounded and all Actual performance records available. The EPDS listed in the catalog are not genomicenhanced. We are waiting for some DNA results back from the Association. As soon as we have them we will post a spreadsheet with them on the website and to the auction page. If you have questions, please call.

We want to hear how the bulls are working or not working. Your feedback helps us improve and move both yours and our programs forward. We cull the bull group down two times, at weaning, and in January for soundness, structure, disposition, and performance. If we wouldn’t use the bull on our commercial herd, we won’t offer them for you to use on yours.

As well as bulls for sale this spring we do have a group of replacement quality commercial heifers for sale, if that is something that interests you, please give Josh or Scott a call. We sell them privately off the farm on a first come first serve basis.
