How to Fix DNS PROBE FINISHED NXDOMAIN Error 3 methods to resolve the above error: • Reset

Chrome to Default

• Change the DNS Server Address • Release and renew IP using CMD (Command Prompt)


Reset Chrome to Default This method is very easy. You need to type in chrome://flags/ in the address bar in the Google Chrome browser. Then press Enter. After this click on “Reset all to default� button at the bottom- right and restart the browser.


Change the DNS Server Address

• Open “Control Panel” and click on “Network and Sharing Center” option • click on “Change adapter settings” option • choose your active Network Connection • From the Wi-Fi properties dialog box select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)” and click on “Properties”.


• Type: Preferred DNS server: 8.8.8.8 Alternate DNS server: 8.8.4.4


Release and renew IP using CMD (Command Prompt) • Go to Start find “Command Prompt” option. Rin it as administrator. • Type “ipconfig /release” and press Enter • Then step wise step type: ipconfig /all • ipconfig /flushdns • ipconfig /renew • netsh int ip set dns • netsh winsock reset • Now the error will get fixed.
