Unless it’s an emergency that only you can handle, you shouldn’t be bothered during your o -hours. Your time o should be divided into blocks of time as well. While this may seem like a rigid way to live, it will help you ensure all of your needs are met. Your time o is limited, so you’ll need to make sure there’s time for your family, social activities, exercise, and relaxation.
