Worked on design development, 3D modelling, and final presentation material for the following projects: Headworks Improvements at Back River Wasterwater Treatment Plant - Prepared the BIM execution plan for JMT and 10 subconsultants and developed the central Revit files for all engineering and architectural disciplines. Collaborated with the architectural subconsultants on building designs, managed and coordinated project drawings, and conducted QA/QC of all facilities through Navisworks. Generated site/ facility renderings and walk-through animations. Kirk Bus Division Modernization Project, MTA Assisted with the development of the 30% and 60% design submittal and generating the 3D Revit model for each phase. Created the final presentation and documentation for client’s review and grant application. Contributed to the $40 million Federal grant and 2012 Award of Excellence in the Planning category at the MdQI Awards. New Laboratory Facilities at Montebello Filtration Plant, City of Baltimore - Designed the proposed lab facility through SketchUp and generating renderings through Kerkythea. Science Labs Feasibility Study for Baltimore Polytechnic Institute, BCPSS - Worked through multi-user collaboration with Autodesk Revit Worksharing to prepare the 3D model, drawings, and presentation material for the science room renovations. Zarfoss Road Site Development, Rabbittransit Provided planning and design services for YATA headquarters renovation, conducted site evaluations, created drawings and 3D model in Revit Architecture, and prepared schedules and cost estimates. Salem Harbor Pavilion, MA, for Dr. Michael D. Medlock Developed concept drawings and a feasibility study for a floating, modular aquatic activity center and created schematic design options of the pavilion through SketchUp.
