ENROGUE APARTMENTS KILELESHWA-NAIROBI

Nestled alongside the tranquil Kirichwa River and positioned along Kileleshwa’s primary thoroughfare, Enrogue is strategically situated at the heart of Nairobi’s bustling nexus. Mere minutes away from prominent city districts like Westlands, Lavington, and Kilimani, this prime location also boasts close proximity to renowned eateries, lively bars, and chic boutiques that define Nairobi’s urban landscape. Enrogue comprises 1 and 2 bedroom apartments spanning 18 floors, culminating in rooftop entertainment terraces that afford sweeping vistas of the city’s vibrant pulse, creating an elevated experience amidst Nairobi’s dynamic urban life.

CONCEPT

RITEP- TRADE FAIR & EXHIBITION PARK KIGALI-RWANDA

The Rwanda International Trade and Exhibition Park endeavours to position Kigali City as a premier exhibition centre. Its innovative design allows for versatile utilization beyond trade fair seasons, transforming the trade fair halls into integrated landscape features accessible to the public year-round. Inspired by Rwanda’s iconic hillside vistas, the design features three sets of halls arranged in ascending tiers, evoking the country’s distinctive topography(rolling hills). With elegantly curved roofs, these halls serve as an emblematic landmark within Kigali’s hills. This development caters to a spectrum of needs, offering expansive exhibition spaces, conference facilities, restaurants, and over 2000 parking spaces. Additionally, plans include a luxurious 5-star hotel and provisions for future expansion. Embracing sustainable practices, the design integrates passive cooling techniques and harnesses solar energy to minimize reliance on active cooling systems, aligning with environmentally conscious principles.

CONCEPT Nestled within the vibrant core of Juba, South Sudan, a contemporary apartment complex emerges, embodying the city’s rapid evolution towards opulent living spaces. Comprising 36 units, each exquisitely designed to offer panoramic views through floor-to-ceiling windows, this development harmonizes luxury with sophistication. An array of amenities, including backup generators, a rooftop clubhouse, a stateof-the-art gym, and a refreshing swimming pool, elevate the resident experience. The expansive balconies, designed to shield the interiors from intense tropical sunlight, also serve as serene spaces for showcasing seasonal blooms, adding a touch of natural beauty. Ensuring safety, the complex is fortified by a secure boundary fence and proudly stands as one of the select developments equipped with a borehole, prioritizing self-sufficiency in water supply.
