EDITING
a. Font To change the letter on power point can be done as follow: ď ś Block the word/sentence or click text box area that will be changed (like the box below)
ď ś Clik menu format and select font until the box on the next slide appears

: to select type of letter : to select the letter style : to select the size of the letter : to choose the color of the letter
Look at the sentence below:
b. Aligment
For writing arrangement can be done by selecting menu toolsbar
Align text to the left
Align text to the right Center text
Or use the format, Aligmnet as the example below
• Align Left (Ctrl+L) give align to the left as the example below
• Center text (Ctrl+E)
• Align Right (Ctrl + R) align text to the right
C. Bullet and numbering
Bullet and numbering is used to focus the presentation slide. Clik text box area that will be changed How to make Bullet List from Text Box ď śClik Format, bullet and numbering from toolbar menu or ď śClik right on text box area then select Bullet and Numbering until you see the appearance on the next slide:

E. Header/Footer and Numbering
Header and Footer used at presentation slide for the entire pages or some page. Page Numbering To number the slide presentation automatically The steps are: On menu bar Clik View, Header and Footer Check List Date and Time to show the date, select update Automatically if the date needed automatically or select fixed if the date that will appear is fix Chek List Slide Number to give number to presentasi slide Check List Footer and insert something for the footnote

The effect on presentation slide is very important on a presentation to make it interesting
The effect can be in a form of : a. Animation b.Background c. Clipt Art d.Word art e. Slide Transitions
a. Making animation Steps to do: 1. Select slide 2. From menu bar Clik Slide Show 3. Clik Custom Animation until the screen appears like below:

Background is used to make the presentation slide look nice
Steps to do : 1. Clik Format 2. Clik background 3. On the screen you will see:

Presentation slide is not complete yet without pictures. Below is one example to make your slide colorful Steps to follow: 1. Clik Insert, picture , clipt art or 2. Click menu clipt art 3. Then on your screen appears menu like below:

Clik File, Clik Print; Then on the screen will appears; Some point to be put into consideration: 1. Type & name of printer used 2. Print range all slide, or certain slide 3. Number of printing needed 4. Print as slide 5. Print eith gray scale or black white If everything is all set then print is ready to execute
