i am Aditi Sharma
II.
i belong to Jodhpur,Rajasthan.
III.
i am a b.tech graduate in computer science from JIET college jodhpur come under Rajasthan technical university.
IV.
coming to my family background, my father is government employee and mother is a homemaker i have 2 siblings, both younger than me and both pursuing the studies.
V.
i am interested in social psychology and competency mapping. As i believe for any organization it’s important to know their employees well so i joined a online course on social psychology under the university of Toronto.
VI.
After my graduation i opted to do MBA. Because while pursuing my graduation i was very much inclined towards managing events, fest and other management related activities and during that process i developed interpersonal skills and become acquainted with art of managing and dealing with people. For instance:
I was one of the core committee member for my collage annual fest. Roles of Committee member: 1)i used to make the schedule for the functions and had to see to it that everything was done on time. 2)fund management 3)alternative plans 4)managing decoration team 5)hospitality 6)managing disciplinary team.
Further, I along with some of my colleges took an initiative and started a club named “path finder” in which we use to conduct sessions that helped the students decide the career path after b.tech my role in path finder club: 1)take workshop on personal effectiveness along with my mentor 2)make programs to give training to students on analytical and critical thinking to name of few like solving past sample papers of various exam like GMAT, CAT etc. 3)take feedbacks from students.
beside that i am so much inclined towards social issues and whenever got time i do something for the society as i believe whatever we got is from society so it’s our duty to give it back to society i did works as
1)i volunteered for voting awareness program in my city.
2) Every alternative Saturday Sunday we use to went to near by village of my city and take classes of unprivileged children on general science and awareness.
3) i was part of NSS (national service scheme) too under which i volunteered campaigns on AIDS awareness, Blood donation camp etc.
Beside that i am mentor at Art Of Living’s Happiness program whose purpose is to teach yoga and mediation to youth for stress relief and have a good and healthy lifestyle.

Tell me your Strengths and Weakness : STRENGHTS: Adaptability: as from very young age i was far from my family i did my schooling from Kota ,Graduation from Jodhpur and now MBA from Hyderabad, so it’s now in me that i can easily adapt new cultures and environment and also i am very independent.
Friendly: I am easily mingle with people and make them comfortable with me as the time of my summer internship i also interact and make contact with everybody in the office.
Calm and Composed: i am cooled and calm in the situation which are not in my control and manage things better.
WEAKNESS: 1) i am usually hurry in doing things at the same time. like here also i studied and managing 2 clubs because of that i am not focused at one place wholly and my energy diverted at different places.
SIP:
Idid my SIP at bank of maharashtra in credit department
the role and responsibility:
Purpose of SIP: to understand how microfinance institution ,banks and the SME synchronize with each other and how banks lend money to MFI and what parameters they take in consideration while doing so.
My project divided in two parts: 1. Financial assessment for microfinance institution to look at their creditability 2. Work efficiency of credit department employees on the basis of proposal they sanctioned in last six months
Three main technical learning from part one was: financial analysis which consist of Balance sheet,profit nad loss sheet, different performance indicators(net worth,net profit,net recipit,total outside liabilities) etc analysis
Proposal writing for MFIs term loan request which consist of Summary of company, security details, date of sanction, assessment of rating, financial assessment, profile of the organization, assessme nt of credit requirements, risk ananlysis, status of RBI compliances etc. overall it’s a documentation for MFI.
Credit Rating, how the credit rating done internally or manually for any organization, there is different parameters on which banks made their own internal rating system by the help of different credit rating agencies as CARE, ICRA, CRISIL etc. Learnings:
