Solar Battery Luminous has launched its solar flooded tubular monobloc batteries designed to offer reliable, consistent and low maintenance power for renewable energy requirements. These batteries can be subject to deep cycle applications and minimum maintenance in rural and power deficit areas. The batteries have a capacity to withstand partial state of charge (PSOC) operation. These monobloc batteries are available in 12 Volts from 20Ah to 200 Ah @ C10 at 27?C to 1.80 vpc. Our batteries are designed to give long life in cyclic operations and extremely long intervals in topping up and even total freedom from maintenance. Our batteries can be adapted to use auto-fill systems and air agitation systems for faster charging and avoidance of acid stratification in standby cells. For outdoor applications, we offer batteries in IP55 enclosures. Wind Turbines AIR X MARINE (400W) The AIR X Marine is similar to AIR X Land but powder coated corrosion proof machine for in sea or near sea applications. It is used for Electric Power Supply in sail boats, yatchts, fishing trawlers, light houses and sea side resorts. Solar and wind Charge Controller AUTO CHANGE OVER SWITCH

Wind solar hybrid power plants are connected to residence, small hotels, hospitals, schools, etc in remote location where electricity supply is irregular. If the wind solar hybrid is not large enough to meet the full load of the building for 24 hours, it can be programmed to supply electricity by renewable energy for a fixed period of time everyday or for providing backup electricity whenever there is a power failure. It can also be programmed for a fixed duration supply everyday and also to supply backup power as and when needed. All these power supply from the renewable energy system or from the grid power can be controlled by a small hardware which we call "Auto change Over Switch". This ensures optimum use of power supply everyday and also ensures that the system is not so much over loaded that the inverter burns out or power backup is not extended for to much time so that the battery gets deep discharged. It is a protection system for the inverter, battery and the wind solar power plant which also ensures that maximum power generated everyday is used in the building instead of grid power.

Solar and wind Charge Controller MASTER CONTROLLER (wind Solar Diesel Hybrid Controller) For important installations like telecom / communication / defence / Lighthouse, where continuous power supply is required 24X7, only wind solar hybrid is not sufficient since in some days, neither wind power nor solar power is available to the extent that is required for supply of power for 24 hours. A wind solar diesel hybrid contains AC grid power and diesel power in tandem with wind solar hybrid and in any emergency, the alternative conventional power is injected in short burst to recharge battery and keep the power supply going. This is a perfect system for guaranteed power at remote locations. Wherever diesel generator is used for continuous power supply, it reduces out the diesel consumption by as much as 90%. The master controller is a composite wind, solar, battery, diesel, AC mains & load output control system all in one. It monitors all the wind power & solar power inputs to the battery, factors in the battery amphere hour efficiency & also monitors the battery output of the load to continuously monitor the battery state of charge. In case of low wind & solar power generation, the battery gets drained to a low state of charge. At a pre-specified low state of charge, the master controller signals for alternative battery charging source. If the mains power is available, it is selected for charging the battery but if mains power is not available, the master controller triggers the starting of connected diesel generator for charging the battery from alternative source. The master controller has a built-in heavy duty battery charger which is designed to recharge the battery within 2-3 hours for tubular flooded batteries (in case of VRLA/Gel batteries, the time taken will be more) .After the battery is recharged to a safe state of charge level, the master controller automatically shuts off the diesel generator or the mains power supply. This can also be programmed to provide equalizing charge to the battery at required intervals to keep it healthy & at high Ampere Hour efficiency. A master controller can control any number of wind turbines and any capacity of solar modules at the same time.
