A design should be like a poem. Felt and experienced by everyone that walks by. The varying possibilities of structures have been eye and mind catchers for me. Some small, some bright. A prominent Indian automobile company, which has its manufacturing plant in Pune wants to design its headquarters for the entire western region.
The company through this headquarter wants to portray its philosophy and vision. In parallel with their products, they want to emulate their technological advancements, values, and vision in the architecture of this building. To let the building stand out from surroundings the vision absorbed was MOTION : RUNNING BOLD.

Standing on the old ground, Reemerging erect and glancing at the cosmopolitan, Housing beside the old neighborhood.
Designing a redevelopment typology considering the UDCPR was a challenge. It needed efficient plannnng, at the same time making it sustainable in terms of services. Being it a redevelopment- we were able to explore the concepts of feasibility reports, FSI with respect to regions.
The project has two buildings, housing the existing members and the new members with additional FSI. The amenities include infinity pool, walking tracks, multipurpose hall, and green spaces.

With humans as the woken species on our planet, we often tend to neglect what happens with fellow residents of the environment and relations between these entities.
Human-wildlife conflicts or HWCs involve interactions causing negative impacts on humans, wildlife, and the environment. The after effects of these HWCs often result in despair for any entity involved. To help these HWC struck animals, a wildlife rescue centre is used.
In central India, Nagpur has Gorewada Wildlife Rescue and training centre, which covers regions of Vidarbha region. While HWC cases in rise, the centre faces overcrowding of animals. The animals that enter these centres, if possibly be danger to either entities involved in HWCs, are to be kept for their whole life. These ‘permanent residents’ need to be taken care of even of their mental well-being.
The aim of the project is to create a wildlife rescue, training and research centre that considers such mental well-being and acts as a platform to study these animals scientifically and train on ground for HWC protocol.
