Gil Dezer of Dezer Development continues to transform Florida’s beachfront skyline with yet another exciting affiliation. Dezer, president of South Florida’s premier real estate development company, is known for his high end partnerships with iconic brands; his current collaboration with Bentley Motors will result in the tallest residential tower on a United States beachfront. His first ever Bentley Residences will feature 200-plus oceanfront dwellings in a 60 story, 749 foot high building.

Always at the forefront of luxury brand partnership real estate, Dezer (one of the youngest developers of luxury high-rise residential and condo-hotel properties in the United States) previously collaborated with fashion and furnishings designer Giorgio Armani in creating the first-ever Residences by Armani/Casa tower. He also partnered with Porsche Design Group to deliver Porsche Tower, a 60-story ultra-luxury tower showcasing a one-of-a-kind patented robotic parking system known as the “Dezervator,” allowing owners to park their vehicles in sky garages directly next to their units.

Additional future Dezer projects include the Intracoastal Mall, which will bring 2,000 residences, 375,000 square feet of retail, 200,000 square feet of office, a hotel, harbor and park to the Miami waterfront site, transforming the nearly 30-acre property.

Dezer holds a Florida real estate license and is the past president and chairman emeritus of the Developers & Builders Alliance (DBA), one of the world’s largest development and construction organizations. He is a past recipient of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s R.E.A.L. Award for Residential Real Estate – Condominiums, and has taken home the Platinum Personal Achievement Award for Sales Director of the Year for Trump Grande Ocean Resort & Residences for three years in a row at the annual Florida’s BEST Awards.

He has collaborated with the Bentley design team and world-renowned architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects on the exterior and interior of the Bentley Residences building, translating Bentley’s luxury design to the residential experience. The building’s cylindrical form and floor-toceiling windows will offer unique ocean and bayside views. The 200-plus luxury apartments will meet the expectations of residents who expect the very best in design and quality. Homes will feature a private balcony, pool, sauna, and outdoor shower. Additional amenities include a gym, pool, spa, cinema, whisky bar, restaurant and lounge, cabanas, and landscaped communal gardens. Each residence will include an in-unit multicar garage, allowing for cars to be securely stored alongside the apartment –the ultimate statement in exclusivity and privacy. The patented car elevator is a prominent and luxurious feature for any car enthusiast.

The development is keenly focused on sustainability; the building is being designed in accordance with the Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification and other environmental regulations to protect the local environment and minimize the impact of the development on local wildlife. Further, environmentally-safe building materials will be used, and reduced coastal lighting implemented to protect endangered sea turtles. The tower will be designed and engineered to reduce energy consumption.

“The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity and innovation,” said Adrian Hallmark, CEO of Bentley Motors says. “We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”

“Partnering with Bentley Motors, a true global luxury brand, and being able to create another first in the Miami marketplace is an extraordinary opportunity,” said Dezer. “We’ve been instrumental in changing the face and value of the South Florida real estate industry through the introduction of brand partnerships. With Bentley Motors, we will create something inspiring, powerful and iconic – a true game-changer when it comes to luxury living.”

Founded in 1970 by Dezer’s father Michael Dezer, Dezer Development has grown to encompass unique and strategic holdings in New York, Florida, and Las Vegas. Today, in addition to its Porsche Design Tower, Residences by Armani/Casa, and the Bentley Residences, Dezer Development’s branded real estate portfolio also includes six-Trump branded towers. Generating an unprecedented response from a broad range of local, national, and international buyers, the prolific developer has successfully sold more than 2,700 units and generated more than $3.6 billion in sales.
