Ltd. formerly known as Mohammad Mana Al-Sagri & Partners Trading & Contracting Company is a 100% Saudi collective company established in the year 1996 and is located in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Al-Jeel Al-Thalith is well represented in the Kingdom and has participated in some of the SEC and Saudi ARAMCO construction and services projects as well as other agencies. We are proud to say that “successful projects completion� has always received our highest priority. Health & Safety Policy Al-Jeel Al-Thalith Contracting Company Limited believes that NO JOB OR NO TASK IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WORKER HEALTH AND SAFETY. If a job represents a potential safety or health threat, every effort will be made to plan a safe way to do the task. Every procedure must be a safe procedure. Shortcuts in safe procedures by either foremen or workers will not be tolerated. If a worker observes any unprotected job, which may pose a potential threat to their health or safety, he or she must inform management and management must take adequate precautions. The Company’s Management is responsible for ensuring that there is effective governance of health and safety matters through the provision of approved and appropriate organizational arrangements and policies that are effectively implemented in practice. This is exercised directly by the management itself in certain ways e.g., through the annual report, but also through the Employees Committee (EC) which has a specific remit in this respect. Quality Assurance & Quality Control Quality Assurance Al-Jeel Al-Thalith Contracting Company Ltd. recognizes the requirement for Quality Assurance within all business areas in which it operates and has therefore committed itself to the establishment of an effective Quality Management System which can be implemented as required on any project, study or proposal it undertakes. The aim of the system is to ensure that client’s objectives are met with minimum wastage, rework or concessions and thus achieving a reliable cost system of management. Al-Jeel Al-Thalith Contracting Company Ltd. considers satisfying client requirements and achieving the prime project objectives as an essential quality issue. J.T. operates a total quality management system, fully supported by the management and staff. A commitment to quality is required from all employees and the “think quality” philosophy is encouraged in all aspects of J.T. operations. To ensure the achievement of these objectives, J.T. has appointed a Quality Assurance Manager, who is responsible for the introduction, documentation, implementation and maintenance of the Quality System. The Quality Assurance Manager has a direct reporting link to the Managing Director on all Quality Matters in order to ensure independence. J.T. Quality Assurance procedures and Quality Manual have been developed to meet the requirements of the International Standard Organization ISO 9002. Our policy statements have been developed in line with these standards. Quality Control The Quality Control department is an integral part of the contractors overall organization, and the contractor’s organizational chart should clearly define its place with in. The Quality Control Officer reports directly to the project manager and coordinate the Quality Control function with the Project Superintendent on site. The Quality Control Officer will coordinate technicians and site engineers as required to assist in managing and administering the contractor’s quality control program set forth in this document.
