SERVICES CREW RECRUITMENT We recruit English speaking, qualified seafarers. We can find both officers and ratings according to your vessel. Our smart selection process makes it rapid and effective. We handle both permanent and contractual crew recruitment.
CREW MANAGEMENT Our crew management service makes shipping easier for our clients. We track our crews. We arrange training according to our client’s need. We also handle incidence of sickness, death, and accidents on behalf of our clients. If there is any need of disciplinary action, we also handle that for you.
CREW DEPLOYMENT We provide assistance in seafarers documentation. Our deployment service also handle visa and international travel documentation to join international vessels. We test and arrange fitness certificates and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Bangladesh Government. In case of emergencies, we provide crew transfer and replacement service including arranging flights in difficult situations.

Recruitment Policy CREW SELECTION We select crew from our pool. Before selection, we review their credentials and verify the documents by contacting with the issuing authority. We conduct the interview at our premises. We rely on IELTS and similar language tests to verify the seamen's English proficiency level. We then verify the STCW requirements and additional certificates that were required by the clients to make initial selection.
MEDICAL Initially recruited crews were sent government hospitals and test centers for medical examination including tests for Hepatitis B, venereal diseases, AIDS, and drugs.
FLAG STATE We verify the requirements of the law of the flag state according to the rank and qualification of the crew. We handle our crew tax and insurance requirements.
GENERAL We are covered by ITF agreement. We also provide assistance on CBA.
TRAINING We generally do not provide crew training unless specified by the client company. We have facilities to arrange crew training prior to deployment.
INSURANCE We assist to insure our crews against sickness, death or injury, shipwreck and repatriation. We can make custom arrangement for medical expenses on crews account.
TRAVEL After final selection, we assisted in crew travel to join vessels outside Bangladesh. In case of emergencies and when replacement is required, we assist in arranging flights too.
