November 29, 2018 was another very exciting day for the community members in Choam Ksant Commune in Preah Vihear province as a new Health Center Chheu Teal Kong with a delivery and waiting room will be officially opened. This is the third Health Center with a delivery and waiting room that HELP International has funded. Logistical support was coordinated by the Canadian supported Enhancing Mother/newBorn/child health in Remote Areas through health Care & Community Engagement (EMBRACE) project which is also providing equipment for the facility. The first Health Center was completed and opened on May 25, 2017 in the Koki Thom community in Kampong Thom province and the second Health Center was completed and opened early last month October 3 in the Tumring community in Sandan district, Kampong Thom province.
