We Are Orange Babies - Multimedia Photobook by Adrian Kuipers

Page 1

By purchasing this book, you support Orange Babies. The charity organisation that makes a big difference in the lives of all the people portrayed in this book and beyond. Thank you! ♼

In search of a better world It was time to achieve a dream. Deeply impressed by how the organisation Orange Babies changes the lives of children with HIV in Africa, and becoming a father myself, I decided to give my whole heart to children in need. This marked the beginning of ‘We Are Orange Babies’ 10 years of photography in Africa supported by my music, film, and poetry. By adding this multimedia work, I take you as deeply as possible into the stories, and the things I felt along the way. With ‘We Are Orange Babies’ the goal is to spread the orange love, to create more awareness for children with HIV in Africa and to give as many children as possible a fair start in life. Every child deserves a carefree youth and should be able to jump around with a smile on their face. I deeply hope that my personal journey also inspires you to make the world a better place by using your talents to help those who are in need. Because if I can do it, you can do it!

This photobook is alive! It’s growing and blossoming like a tree. Portraits and chapters are linked to multimedia, like documentaries, stories, and music. Register for your book at www.WeAreOrangeBabies.com and get access to heartwarming stories behind the photos. Don’t drop your leaves, we are all on the same page together, love.

In memory of 32,000,000 people who lost their lives because of HIV.

1,000 of these pages show the number of children living with HIV today. More than 90% of all children with HIV are living in Africa. Only half of them are treated with HIV medicines.

Every child deserves a fair start in life. Let’s help the 3,000,000 children who are living with HIV today. Together we can make the world a better place!
