Shipping & Handling Information Methods: Ground, Overnight, 2-Day, 3-Day & LTL service are available. Addresses: Complete address must contain name, street address, apartment or suite numbers, city, state and correct zip code. We do not ship to PO Boxes. The cost to correct zip codes is $5.00 (V) per package. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by insufficient addresses. Individual Drop Shipping: It is our pleasure to individually drop ship to each recipient. The cost for this service is $4.00 (V) per address plus shipping charges, for shipment via UPS and FedEx. For smaller gifts under $25, individual drop ship charges are $3.25 (V). Shipping via U.S. Postal Service is not available. These charges are in addition to standard residential charges. Third Party Shipping: No additional surcharge applied for third party shipping accounts. Please Note: Must supply company name, address and phone number assigned to third party corporate account, in order to process shipment.
Bulk Shipments: For multiple units shipped to one location, the bulk pack out fee per carton is $7.95 (X). Oversized cartons: $9.95(X). Standard shipping charges apply. For multiple bulk drop shipments with various ship to locations, there will be an order processing fee of $5.00 (X) per location. Receipt Of Logo Products For Gift Bundling There will be no charge for receiving logo products if packing list is enclosed and quantity and quality as ordered is received in full. If goods arrive defective, damaged or in a quantity less than that of the order a $50 (V) charge will apply. We are not responsible for the receipt of defective goods or incorrect quantities. Goods must be received in our warehouse at least 10 business days prior to ship date. If a delay occurs, the ship date will be adjusted accordingly. If inspection of defective goods or discrepancies occur and product inspection and follow-up are required, there is a $50 (V) charge. Goods must be received prior to production date indicated on purchase order. If a delay occurs, We will adjust shipping timetable accordingly.

Foreign Shipments: Because of various customs restrictions for food and spa related products, we are unable to ship to international addresses, APO or FPO addresses or U.S. territories.

Changes To Orders Changes to orders already in production will result in delayed shipment. The charge for changing an order that is in production is $40.00 (V) plus the cost of any work that must be redone. This includes changes in quantity, ship method, ship date, address, item or imprint. No changes to orders can be made within 48 hours of shipment.
