2019 CHNA Governance Approval
This Community Health Needs Assessment was adopted on October 8, 2020 by the Community Benefit Committee 53 of St. Jude Medical Center, November 6, 2020 by the Community Benefit Committee of Mission Hospital and October 30, 2020 by the Community Benefit Committee of St. Joseph Hospital of Orange. The final report was made widely available54 on November 12, 2020.
