2021 CHNA Governance Approval
This Community Health Needs Assessment was adopted on April 8,2021 by the Community Health Committee 59 of St. Jude Medical Center, May 11, 2021 by the Community Health Committee of Mission Hospital and April 6, 2021 by the Community Health Committee of St. Joseph Hospital of Orange. The final report was made widely available60 by December 28, 2021.
