Christmas markets in Germany are a feast for the senses and we are cautiously optimistic that there will be no restrictions or short-term cancellations getting between us and a steaming mug of mulled wine this year.

So prepare yourself for the sweet scent of gingerbread to seep through romantic alleys of fairy-lit historic towns as wooden booths offer culinary delights such as waffles, sausages and roasted nuts along with cookware, clothes, handmade gifts and much more.
