Thank you for your interest in hosting a social celebration at Adventureland. These are the frequently asked event questions. To get any other information you may need, that is not addressed in this document, please email our picnic coordinator Lisa DeVicaris at adaycamp@aol.com
Our spring Open House is always the 1st Sunday in May. If you would like a tour, this year it falls on May 3rd from 12 to 5p.m. 1) What are your picnic hours of operation? Adventureland Picnics is open from 12pm to 6pm during summer weekends. Evening events are available upon request. 2) Are you open to the public? Adventureland Picnics is open to the public on weekends from Saturday May 30th through Sunday August 30th 3) How much is admission to the park? Public or reserved event admission to the park is : Adults (12 and older) $15.00. Children (5 to 11 years old) $5.00 4) Should I make a reservation for my group? If you have over 10 people it is best to make a reservation to have confirmed seating. 5) How do I make a reservation? Select a date then E-mail our picnic coordinator Lisa DeVicaris at adaycamp@aol.com with your contact information. 6) Do you offer group rates? Get in touch with Lisa DeVicaris for more details at adaycamp@aol.com 7) How do I book a group event? E-mail our picnic coordinator Lisa DeVicaris at adaycamp@aol.com 8) Do I have to contract my event? We recommend contracting with us if you are hosting a large social celebration (200 guests or more) and don’t want your guests to pay at the door. If guests are paying at the door you will not need a contract. 9) Do I have to give a deposit? A non- refundable reservation/rental fee is required if you want to reserve a canopy or pavilion for a non-contracted event. For all contracted events a $5.00 per person deposit is required.

Pavillions and Canopies 10) Are there eating areas? We have a limited number of picnic tables, canopies and pavilions available, if not already reserved, for no charge on a first come first serve basis.
Reservation/Rental prices:
Our Party Canopy: (4) tables located in our Picnic Grove. This canopy is next to our 3 acre “Red Bridge Lake� and Mini Golf course and around the corner from the Big Playground. This canopy can be reserved for a non-refundable rental fee of $20.00. Our (3) Picnic Grove Canopies: Each individual canopy has (6) picnic tables. These canopies are centrally located next to our 3acre Lake & mini golf course. Each Canopy can be reserved for a non-refundable rental fee of $30.00.
bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb Our Lakeside Pavillion: This Pavillion has 4 sections of (6)Picnic Tables. It is next to our mini golf course and attached to our clubhouse. You can reserve: 1/4 (6 picnic tables) for $30.00, 1/2 (12 picnic tables) for $60.00, 3/4 (18 tables) for $90.00 or have exclusive use of this Pavillion (24 tables) for $120.00 It has electricity.

bbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbb Our Sunset Pavillion: If you want something more private our Sunset Pavillion is available for a $150.00 non-refundable reservation fee. It is located at the front of our property. This Pavillion has it’s own private playground and patio furniture seating area. Along with a separate eating Pavillion with(10) picnic tables, our Sunset Pavillion is equipped with electricity. It is next to our 5ft training pool and locker rooms.

FREE ACTIVITIES: Swimming, boating, fishing, mini-golf, horseshoes, beach volleyball, basketball, softball, football, ping pong, playground & hiking trails. On special weekends our 32foot climbing wall and/or double zip line may be open for a small price. 12) Can I bring my own food? Yes 13) Do you provide grills? No. Can I bring my own grill? Yes. 14) Parking? Free 15) Are Pets allowed? No. 16) Do you offer Refrigeration? No 17) Do you offer catering? Adventureland is proud to announce we’ve extended our partnership with Village Catering for the 2015 season. If you are interested in catered menus for your family reunion, company or school picnic and would like to use our Caterer call Village Catering the official caterer of the Philadelphia Flyers, Phantoms, Soul and the Temple Athletic Department at 215-698-1117 ext. 5. They have special menu prices for Adventureland not listed on their web site so you need to phone them. Tell them you are from Adventureland to get our special rates. You need to contract and pay the caterer separately. Adventureland only handles the park admittance price. 18) Can I use my own caterer? Yes. 19) Can I drop my children off by themselves? No. No one under the age of 16 can be admitted to the site without an adult. 20) Is alcohol allowed? Yes. No glass bottles by the pools. Adventureland reserves the right to eject any one for inappropriate behavior or excessive drinking. No under age drinking of alcohol is allowed. 21) Do you offer school picnics? Yes.
