And of course, there are the cowgirls themselves – decorating every couple feet of Cowgirls Inc. in their own, unique way.

These big boys are surprisingly popular with our patrons, especially their “Regulator” autographed jackets. They bring peace and humble senses of humor with them, and a sense of protection. There are up to 15 regulators standing by on any given night. Their regulator “brand” has become so high in demand that women try to buy those regulator-branded shirts off their backs! Cornelius A. Radan, a university graduate, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and has thirty years experience in the nightclub and bar industry. Operations management, marketing, new concept development and openings are Mr. Radan's specialties. Mr. Radan is the co-founder of Cowgirls Inc., Venom Nightclub and Amber Restaurant and Lounge.
The founders behind Cowgirls Inc. go by the names Neil, Wade and David - three entrepreneurs who have worked together in the entertainment business for years, and directly together for five years developing and marketing the Cowgirls Inc. concept. They also bring together over 50 years of combined experience managing some of the most successful bars and restaurants in top markets including Seattle, Montreal, Portland and San Francisco.
Wade Peterson earned an Honorable Discharge ischarge from the U.S. Marine Corps and nd has worked in management roles over ver the last twenty years, mostly in the bar ar and nightclub industry. Overseeing operations, perations, public relations and fiscal management are Mr. Peterson’s specialties. Mr. Peterson co-founded Cowgirls es Mr Inc., Venom Nightclub, and Amber Restaurant and Lounge.
