The year of the Adventurer
Having started Adventures Group Holdings a little more than a year ago, we are excited to be able to reflect on our first year of operation. The talented Adventures team all but circumnavigated the Australian contintent by road in 2017. From the tip of Cape York to the crystal waters of WA's Mid West Coast, and even across the Nullarbor, we have seen, and captured, some amazing content. Personally I had the privilege to 'tag along' for a couple of the trips and experience the passion and thought that goes into every shot or story line. Two events stand out for me. Kayaking through Nitmiluk Gorge just outside Katherine is a lasting memory I shared with my six-year-old daughter. The scale and precision of Camper Trailer of the Year at Mt Warning left me walking away in awe at the way the team delivered and engaged with all the partners in a true industry event. We also managed to pick up a couple of industry awards for the re-launch of CAMPER, which was deserved recognition to the hard work of the team. Here we share some of our favourite trips with you, and look to 2018,which promises to be an even better year.

Caravan World teamed up with AL-KO and five keen participants including Avan, JB Caravans, Fleetwood and New Age, for the Toughest Tow Test. All the vans were fitted with AL-KO running gear, and a Clearview mirror or two, and headed to the high country for some hardcore testing
