[+] Plastic Surgery Neighbor Phillip Dauwe is opening a plastic surgery clinic on Preston Road. The office, scheduled to open this fall, will be located in the old North Dallas Chamber of Commerce building.
[+] Central Market Stephen Butt, the president of Central Market, announced the location on Preston Road will open June 30. The store has been closed since a tornado struck Dallas in 2019.
[+] Preston Royal Fire Department
Construction continues at the temporary fire station 41, which is set to open in June. It will be used until the permanent station to replace the “Preston Royal Fire Department” is built.
