Investigators say she used a stolen identity to acquire credit cards and spend more than $8,000 at the Shops at Park Lane. The crime happened in August – police say, when the woman in the photo entered the North Central Expressway shopping center and, “using victims’ personal information to obtain multiple credit cards, began fraudulently purchasing over $8,000 worth of merchandise,” according to police reports.
