FAIR FREE The Council of PTAs hosts its 29th annual sale with items ranging from 25 cents to $2. It includes all types of genres, collectible books, DVDs and CDs. The sale runs 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Feb. 17-19 and noon-6 p.m. Feb. 20 at its new location in the Dal-Rich Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Coit and Belt Line.
