For one of the best views of Downtown, it’s hard to find anything better than Bar Belmont at the historic Belmont Hotel — and the cocktails make it that much better. The flowery Liz Taylor is a crowd favorite, mixing champagne and crème de violette. The house specialty is the Belmontini, which combines vodka, triple sec, cranberry juice and champagne.
