[+] Hiatus Spa + Retreat’s flagship location at Inwood Village has reopened. The completely renovated spa has expanded its offerings and now includes 21 treatment rooms, zero-gravity chairs, and expanded nail therapy room.

[-] The 20-story Sherry Lane Place tower, east of the North Dallas Tollway near Douglas Avenue, is up for sale. Built in 1982, the office tower is one of the most well-known buildings in Preston Center. At 300,000 square-feet, it’s known for its popular Park Cities Club on an upper floor.

[+] The Grape Ape brings frosé and Italian cuisine to your door. Opened last month in Highland Park Village, it has become a hit for pick-up and delivery. Customers can order kits, including the standard ($65), containing a half-gallon jug of frosé or a bottle of Chianti Classico Riserva.

[+] After almost six months of closure due to COVID-19, the Perot Museum of Nature and Science reopened.
