SUZY'S PLACE is a intimate studio offering small classes of resistance bands, circuit cardio PB training, yin yoga and spiritual meditation in a warm, non-judgemental atmosphere. All ages, size and gender are welcome.

My mission is to create a solid community base around health, wellbeing and looking out for each other.
