Palm Meadows in for over 20 years
After a holiday to the Gold Coast 40 years ago, John fell in love with the area and made the decision to live here. Specialising in the Palm Meadows property market for the past 20 years, John prides himself on his ability to bring together both the buyer and seller in such a way that both parties not only achieve their desired goals but positively enjoyed the process.
John attributes his ability to connect with people and quickly build rapport, largely down to his previous past experience within the retail sector. As an interior designer and decorator, John founded and opened 8 home wares and interior design stores all located in prime retail positions throughout Melbourne. Working closely with his clients to successfully create and design their dream home, not only involved a superior eye for detail but required John to engage elevated communication skills and to quickly develop close personal connections.
Utilising his past experiences and refined skills, along with his natural personable approach, is not only John’s defining difference as an agent but is the cornerstone to John’s continued positive outcomes and consistent client referrals.
John is without a doubt the leading agent in the area and holds the record for the highest sale price for each of the estates in Palm Meadows with single allotment homes.
