McGrath Site Visit The team visited the McGrath Homes Display Village in Wangara. From the outset the service was excellent with an explanation of how each of the modular homes are typically built on site, and are then transported to rural areas. Standard build only takes between 14 – 16 weeks! We were also shown the work yard where a few of the modular homes were being built, and the process was explained . It was very clear quite early on that the McGrath Homes staff members are very proud of the brand that they represent, and they were incredibly helpful and genuine. Values: trustworthy, personal, pride, genuine, caring.

We were given a print out with some information on the modular home that we liked the most (The Beaufort) and followed by an email that evening with a polite and friendly ‘thank you’ message.
