MY FAVORITE WITH Ricky Stenhouse Jr.

Mississippi’s Ricky Stenhouse Jr. is quite the fun guy to hang out with. Away from the race track, he loves golfing. Oh, and he probably rocks a mullet better than most fans can. The JTG Daugherty Racing driver recently opened up about his life away from the track, which is pretty rare considering he also owns a World of Outlaws sprint car team. It’s time to get to know this second-generation racer.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE MOVIE?

WELL, I DON’T

really watch a ton of movies. But my favorite TV show is probably “Yellowstone.” I normally don’t get into shows or movies, but “Yellowstone” by far my favorite.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE BAND?

I’D HAVE TO GO

with Garth Brooks as my all-time favorite on the country side. But I also like George Strait and Alan Jackson. I always liked that era of ’90s country music.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE FOOD?

OH MAN. TACOS

are hard to beat. Mexican food is definitely my favorite.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE VACATION DESTINATION?

PROBABLY THE

Bahamas – Cabo or the Bahamas. It’s probably one of those two. It’s hard to pick.

WHO IS YOUR FAVORITE ACTOR?

DANG, I REALLY

like Kevin Costner. He’s in “Yellowstone,” but also Matthew McConaughey.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE PIECE OF RACING MEMORABILIA?

PROBABLY BRYAN

Clauson’s Fastenal fire suit that he wore when he was Busch Series racing with Chip Ganassi back in the day. It’s pretty special.
